  • Developed and launched a centralized executive coaching program. Partnered with all external coaching vendors regarding expectations, contracting and budget. Centralizing this program has ensured quality coaching and significantly contained costs.
  • Created a people manager website that includes resources, tools, and links specific for people managers. The site was used as the one central location to help simplify information management for our people managers thus aiding in their work efficiency.
