Sign-making - making street and specialized signs, install and take down traffic and street signs, truck and car lettering, building, equipment, window lettering.

Barricade setup for road emergencies such as auto accidents, emergency floods and road detours.

Parade traffic setups, election setups with outside polling signage and temporary handicap parking for election events.

December 23, 2024 to present. In charge of sign street marking shop since working leader retired. Previously filled in for working leader when he took time off.

Grass cutting, trimming, hedge trimming, edging, planting, shrub removal, mulching, maintenance of mower equipment, trimmers, blowers. I was in charge of truck, trailer, and equipment with conducting grass cutting at city buildings, lots, open properties, ball fields.

Ball Field Maintenance, raked and graded ball fields, lined and painted lines required for field of play, sod cutting ball field edges, sod replacement for areas of fields.

Setup Special Events, installed temporary fencing at locations, supplied proper materials, such as road blocks and sanitary barrels used for disposal.

Snow removal as maintainer, I used to shovel, snow blow, plow walkways around city buildings, parks, city sidewalks, overpass and underpass sidewalks, bombardier snow plow was the machine as a maintainer.

Snow Removal- Plowing. Currently hold a B license and have been snow blowing for 21 years with a six wheel air brake plow truck as part of my job. I’ve worked all hours plowing and operate two styles of plows with levers for plow operations as well as joystick plow operations.

Custodian Nights-stripping and waxing floors.

Flood scrubbing and buffing floors with flood buffing rotation machines.

Carpet shampooing with carpet cleaning shampoo equipment.

Sanitary cleaning of rooms and hallways such as trash and recycling pickup.

Window cleaning, duct vent cleaning, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming.

Securing and locking buildings, setting proper alarm codes upon exit.
