Provided nursing and respiratory therapy services to patients requiring healthcare in a home health setting during COVID.

• 1977-1981 Crash/Rescue Medic. EMT finished in 1978. Responded to numerous jet crashes, nuclear weapons, and munitions fires.
• 1981-1996, Flight Medic on numerous rotor and fixed-wing aircraft during contingency operations.
• 1996-2013, commissioned as a flight nurse and Critical Care Air Transport Team (CCATT), and medical liaison for all services.
• 2002, assigned as a Forward Surgical Team with Special Operations.
• Served in this capacity during Desert Storm, OIF, and OEF, Grenada. Bosnia, Katrina, and low-intensity conflicts.

• 1985, worked as a Clinical Coordinator at University Community Hospital. Was responsible for adult, pediatric ICU, and neonatal unit.
• In 1999, I worked PRN for respiratory at St. Joe was assigned to the neonatal transport team, both on the ground and in the air, BO 105.
• In 1986, I began my fixed-wing career with STAT MEDEVAC, which had two Lear 35s. Was pulled or alerted for missions by St. Joe's Command Center.
• In 1992, I received specialized neonatal training at Bayfront Medical Center.

• Responded quickly to changes in patient's condition during flight through assessment and appropriate interventions.
• Coordinated with ground personnel for transport needs, equipment requirements, and resources.
• Completed documentation of all patient care activities in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Worked with management to assist with critical patients requiring ventilatory care and ventilators, with complex settings.
• Able to operate all assigned equipment.
