As locator technician, I started off as an assistant in helping locators hooking up to gas, electric, water and fiber meters for homeowners that are wanting to do work outside of the house. We also assist with construction workers in looking at our prints that show where the services are. Locators also assist with other locators that are in need of help as well. After my training I got moved up to locator technician.
