I am a team-oriented experience Agile leader with 7+ years of developing and managing complex projects effectively throughout the project development lifecycle, including project planning, resource planning, continue delivery, continue increment, communications planning, and working with changes in scope vastly using Agile mindset. A broad range of experience in various aspects of software development using both Agile and Waterfall approaches has enabled me to successfully help teams to transition from traditional Waterfall into agile – Kanban & Scrum framework.
