  • Measure cost performance against program measurement baselines and develop estimates at completion
  • Create cost performance and contract funds status reports
  • Generate variance analysis reports using earn value metrics
  • Issue work statement authorizations, baseline budget revisions and EVMS plans to control account managers and IPTs
