I was proud to be a recipient of the Winners Circle award for retaining a large UPS B2B account. With my suggestions we installed a 65K in-building solution, and T-Mobile kept UPS as a subscriber.

With my assignment to the Office of the President. We were able to bring churn down from 6% to 2.5%. This was done by my ability to engage cross-functional teams and efficiently resolve customer service issues. For this endeavor, my peers nominated me for a peak award.

  • Implemented processes to give frontline retail associates visibility to the 5G network. This created an efficient process to resolve customer service complaints.
  • T-Mobile assigned me to team whose goal was to merge the Sprint and T-Mobile as one network. Our team met this milestone 6 mos. before the deployment deadline, This created greater customer satisfaction KPI'S.
