I have had the fortunate opportunity to have worked at Corpus Christi Army Depot for over 38 years. During this period I held several amazing positions. I gained knowledge of most aspects of aircraft maintenance, production and held numerous different supervisory positions. I have over 18 years of supervisory aircraft maintenance.

I'm a detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

My track record is noteworthy. My people skills and communication are exceptional. Resourceful Project Manager with over 20 years of expertise in organizing operations, financial oversight and resource management to achieve smooth flow and project operations. Leads procurement of resources including equipment and supplies. Monitors projects by adhering to production schedule and budget, managing production team, identifying problems and providing targeted solutions.

  • Responsible for installation of 3 different Vendors Health Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS) on the UH-72 Lakota Fleet. This was a Research And Development Program so had to adapt on a almost daily basis.
  • Planned, designed, and scheduled phases for the project.

  • Coordinated with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and mitigate risks.

  • Was asked to PCS and stand up a CCAD Forward Operation Site at Ft Rucker. I was responsible for every Depot Repair that was performed at Ft Rucker, averaging 35 aircraft a year.
  • Developed training programs to improve employee skills and productively utilize labor.
  • Reviewed production, quality and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
  • Created preventive maintenance and inspection lists and schedules to minimize breakdowns or disruptions in production processes.
  • Conducted regular inspections and audits to support proper functioning of equipment and safety and environmental compliance.
