Keith Rupe

- Responsible for the planning, resourcing and conducting over 50 labs which resulted in the training of over 200 students.

- Built relationship with Senior Executive Directors across the University; in the liaison between Army ROTC and the University

- Responsible for the training, mentoring and development of students and staff; ensures all students and staff adhere to policies and regulations.

-Identified students at risk of not meeting GPA requirements to maintain scholarships.

- Planned and conducted the transportation, housing and feeding of over 10,000 displaced Afghan refugees.

- Represented the organization as the liaison; briefed over ten State Department Officials on Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations.

- Created a culture of learning and self development of 13 employees; resulted in the completion of Basic and Advanced Leadership Development and Management Course.

- Supervised over 300 employees from four different agencies during the civilian withdraw from Afghanistan.
