- I worked up from a production employee into maintenance in 1989 . i became a maintenance planner in 2012. I have supervised the maintenance department as well as the instrument and electrician department. I have worked as the OMC as well as limited time as the maintenance manager. my current role is outage planner and i manage many outages throughout the year. I organize job list , order needed parts as well as plan the outages thru Microsoft project. in my role as outage planner i also acquire outside contracting services to staff the manpower needed to accomplish the outages on schedule and within budget.
