Operations Management

• Supervised and lead multi, cross functional team of 15+ team members
• Monthly meetings with senior management team to discuss P/L statement.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management in a national distribution setting
• Manage the inflow and outflow of over 12 million dollars in inventory
• Work closely with various domestic LTL, FTL and 3PL companies as well as freight forwarders and import brokers
• Coordinate the flow of inventory between multi-warehouse divisions with the company
• Intimate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics AX
