Senior Design - Y-12 National Security Complex (NSC): Molten Li/LiH Process, Led design of high-temperature lithium and lithium hydride process for pilot testing, including development of P&ID and block flow diagrams., Conducted economic feasibility and environmental impact analysis; coordinated with vendors for component sourcing. 

Retention Reservoir Creation Using ARCGIS Pro and HEC HMS: Used ARCGIS Pro to delineate a watershed from given coordinates and used imported map data to estimate a curve number for the watershed., Built the system in HEC HMS and used design storm data to estimate peak flow for pre- and post-development after adding a pond with optimized orifices and a weir to meet project requirements.

ABE Separation via ASPEN Plus Simulation: Modeled the distillation of acetone, butanol, and ethanol mixture using ASPEN Plus to optimize separation efficiency., Performed cost-benefit analysis on various process scenarios to evaluate industrial viability.
