As a Sales Associate at Paws I am responsible for assisting guests with products. This includes educating guests on pet food, pet nutrition, helping them find resources or brands that work well for their pets, and asking questions to better help them and myself understand a situation. I am responsible for cleaning, organizing, answering phone lines, entering personal information, and helping teach our new hires.

As a package handler at Fedex I was responsible for sorting and correctly putting away packages. I taught new hires on different sorts, constantly communicated with management to encourage new policies or ideas, used a complicated operating system for packages, and kept up with demand. I kept up with a high-volume, fast-paced, and tightly scheduled work enviroment.

Even though my time as a team member for Harkins was short lived due to moving for school, I still got a lot of experience. This is another job where I was in charge of multi-line phones, communication with guests, situation diffusion, difficult POS System, and team management.
