Tailored to the specific needs of clients. My roles have indicated my experience working hands-on with people and understanding their need as well as following policies and procedures under state laws.
At Bridges MN my role as a direct support professional was to Assisted disabled clients to support independence and well-being. I worked with two clients in separate apartments. As DSP we were to follow state regulations from the department of human services and person-centered care, a plan developed based on the client's needs. Other roles included administering medications, light housekeeping, organizing documents, following up with supervisors, and transportation. This company focused on advocating for the clients. I learned to understand each of my clients and helped them communicate their concerns.

My role as an individual support worker at Myskye Care was to serve the client based on their needs and capabilities.
I worked with a single client who was independently living on her own. Her main goal was to transition out of her living space into her apartment. This position required me to work 1-1 with her helping her get in contact with services such as renters, movers, and donation centers. I assisted her with day-to-day activities, bringing her to appointments, errands, and household shopping. I provided emotional support and encouragement in the transition to move and motivated her to stay on track.
This position ended briefly due to personal circumstances, however, it was a great experience and I learned how to serve an individual centered on their needs.
Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my resume. I'm currently in a place of transition in my life moving from state to state. I have grown in interest in the real estate industry and have decided to leave nursing and pursue a career in real estate. As of now, I'm enrolled in real estate courses with the state of Texas. My real estate applicant number is 3210703. I'm interested in getting my foot in the industry while going to school to be licensed to better understand this industry I'm entering in.
