  • Building each job by hand thru the program they used which included who was working, what gear they would need, address, times, and numbers/names of who they were working for and more

  • When I was promoted to a supervisor my roles were: Checking job sites: If they're signs and cones were the correct set up for the area and speed
  • Giving write ups and warnings given to me from upper management
  • Checking trucks to make sure they had correct and accurate gear for there jobs and cleanliness inside and outside to make sure they were representing us accurately
