  • I assist with writing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, conducting observations and functional behavior assessments
  • An important part of this position was attending initial and follow up IEP meetings
  • I am currently part of the school’s Tier 2/Tier3 problem solving team
  • Provides direct, one-on-one behavioral interventions to students, under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to improve communication, social, and daily living skills, and reduce problematic behaviors, using ABA techniques
