I did the purchasing for all the Farm Stores within the Big Horn Co-op. This included but not limited to communication with various vendors to place orders, track orders and receive orders.

I was also warehouse manager in charge of distributing feed products to our store from our main warehouse. As the warehouse manager, I have loaded and unloaded transport trucks with the forklift, organized the warehouse, picked and staged delivery items for each store.

Currently I am managing the Powell store and oversee 5 employees at the store and 1 from the warehouse in Greybull.

As manager of this store, I managed employees, hiring, firing resolving conflicts and payroll. I also did the purchasing and receiving for this location. Loading and unloading vendor trucks as well as loading trucks or trailers with the forklift for customers.

Customer service was and is very important to me and I was very strict that this rule be followed.

• Greeted pet owners and went over available services, outlined costs, and determined special needs of animals under care.
• Performed dental cleanings and extractions under the supervision of a veterinarian, promoting improved oral health for patients.
• Assisted in surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and properly handing instruments to the veterinarian as needed.
• Improved patient care by assisting veterinarians in diagnosing and treating animals.
