RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

  • President of the Denver Posse of Westerners – From 2015 to 2016, I oversaw the operations of this 501(c)(3) organization. During my time as president, I was able to lower the age of an average Posse member from 70 years old to 55 years old by instituting common sense policies. I launched their first social media platform and assisted in the completion of their first website. I dealt with over 200 members in this organization and was able to work well with multiple people and deal with many personality types. I also served as Vice President, Secretary, and Archivist for the organization.
  • Photo Sales Administrator for the Denver Public Library – Currently, I oversee sales of all images in the DPL’s vast collections. I have orchestrated major photo sales to the following companies: Netflix, Google, Hulu, History Channel, and ROKU to name a few. In this role, I work with the library’s finance department to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly processed. I also assisted in the library’s transition to a new digital asset management system allowing the public greater access to the organizations digital collections. I received commendation for my excellent customer service and my ability to work extremely well with colleagues.
  • WWA columnist for Roundup magazine - Under Techno Savvy heading, I have published numerous articles giving tech advice and introducing WWA members to devices and software that can assist them in there writing. I manage WWA’s X account. I have been a member of the organization for over a decade.
