I have spent the last 7 years working in the Pacific Northwest as a Telecom Lineman. As a Telecom Lineman, I have built, upgraded, decommissioned, and maintained communication towers such as cellular, radar, radio, microwave towers, and rooftop sites I have built and maintained Guy towers, Self-support towers, Monopoles, and wood poles. I have experience with Gin poles, and building a 400' 4-leg Self-Support. I can run and operate a wide variety of heavy equipment and tools to all types of telecom test equipment. I have installed and terminated all types of coax, fiber, cat 5, and telco line punch downs to wrapping DSXs. I have dealt with AC and DC power from PDU installs to battery and generator power systems. I have experience with the construction of towers and building foundations, building forms, tying rebar, and pouring and finishing concrete. Also, throughout my career, I have taken on a hybrid project management role. That has given me the ability to maintain organization and communication while handling a large workload.
Through all my experience as a foreman running jobs and crews, I believe the key to success is keeping morale up and safety first by knowing how to eliminate hazards. I am a born leader and a very fast learner. I want to stay humble, and I am looking to grow and find a long-term home while taking a step forward to better myself and my carrier in the industry I have already given a lot to.
