Choral Intern

Wickline Methodist Church

  • Rehearse every Wednesday night after Boomer Band in OKC.
  • Sing at Sunday service every weekend.
  • Support the other singers.
  • Communicate with the director.
  • Contribute to the positivity and companionship within Wickline's community.
  • Engage with and spend time with the singers as well as the attending community and the pastor.
  • This is the first time I've ever been involved in, or really attended, a church, I do my best to serve them politely and openly.

Beach Ambassador

  • Clean bathrooms, pick, and empty trash at the beach and all surrounding park property.
  • Have contact with the police station and first responders to report incidents and illegal activity.
  • Work with park management, community service workers, and security to manage events as well as daily beach activity.
  • Clean bathrooms at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Transport materials to and from our garage and the Rec Center.
  • Work all events, Brewing/Beer/Music Festivals, Fathers Day, Fourth of July, and locally hosted events such as parties and sport team promotions.
  • Helped all attending people.
  • Work with police on busier events like Fathers Day and Fourth of July where there are tens of thousands of people in the parks.
  • Be available and ready to assist the community in whatever possible.
  • Seasonal position that I have every summer until I get my big girl job.
  • Wash the carts.

Soprano Section Leader

  • Elevated the choirs performance by providing effective vocal guidance and encouragement to soprano section members.
