• Led a team from 5 organizations, including Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex & Lockheed Martin with the procurement of 7 bone-yard reclamations, 5 cannibalizations, & 21 local manufactured parts to repair the landing gear & complete a rudder rebuild of a damaged C-5 at an enroute location, returning the aircraft to flight status..
• Reduced waste and pursued revenue development strategies, led HQ level supply process improvement for parts ordering, cutting response time by 80%.
• Managed the deployment of over 300 maintenance repair teams, 730 critical assets, and 2K aircraft parts..

Evaluates AMC's Maintenance Development and Procurement for C-5M and C-130J Weapons Systems Training. Validates funding and sustainment for 32 Training Devices worth $562.3M. Formulates initial acquisition w/Programs Office and AMC/A5 for C-5M and C-130 Maintenance Training Systems. Serves as technical and management liaison to HQ/AETC, HQ/AFMC, and SPO for training systems valued at $662M.

• Shaped C-130H modernized field training; liaised with Air Reserve Components A4s/developed 150 tasks for 5 basessecured $12M for system upgrade.
• Championed the Air Force's selection of a new contract focused on the maintenance and modernization of Maintenance and Aircrew Training Systems (MATS), successfully renewing a $23.3M contract.
• Managed compliance with FAA training requirements, ensuring the preservation of $1.1B in training assets, while collaborating with Lockheed Martin and Boeing to align field-level training initiatives.

Led a team of 26 instructors and 2 military training leaders, delivering C-5 maintenance apprentice training to over 150 pipeline Airmen annually; supervises and evaluates trainee performance, providing specialized remedial instruction as needed, while administering policies and procedures critical for maintaining unit discipline, safety, security, and risk management.

• Planned and organized production schedules and assessed courseware, project, and resource requirements.
• Spearheaded the development program for the detachment's instructors, overseeing the qualification of 26 instructors, managing 12 internships, and conducting 44 evaluations to support the maintenance of the C-5M/C-17A fleet; governed training needs assessments and generated 8 faculty development courses for 14 personnel, achieving an 85% curriculum qualification rate among the instructor cadre.
• Executed a multi-wing C-5M training conversion plan, instructing 5 courses over 603 hours for 19 technicians, positioning the AFRC for a new weapon system valued at over $8.6B.
• Directed an Operational Risk Management review of the 3-level Maintenance Recovery Aircraft course, analyzing 24 objectives over 30 hours, mitigating 52 hazards and ensuring the safety of over 100 students annually.
