Being able to respond quickly to medical emergencies and identify patient's needs. Assist with wounds, lab draws, examinations. We work closely with EMS in the ED setting and incoming ambulances. Worked as charge nurse, but Emergency Room was my primary job of choice. Did help in OB as needed.
