"I use a data-driven, collaborative approach to improve student outcomes and schoolwide initiatives. By aligning instruction, PBIS, MTSS, and co-teaching practices with assessment and transition data, I ensure equitable access to rigorous learning, meaningful transition goals, and measurable growth for all students, particularly identified subgroups. I also contribute to district- and school-level initiatives, including the implementation of Georgia’s new ELA standards, to strengthen instructional quality and system-wide improvement.
