- Provided strategic HR support and coaching to assigned groups: CRO, Customer Success, and Marketing (average of 140 employees and 35 managers)
- Partnered with CRO, CS, and Marketing Leaders to implement new leveling framework. Defined & assigned levels, led cross-team calibrations, delivered training to managers and ICs, and developed communication plan.
- Advised Executives on organizational development within their function: restructuring, succession planning, provided data to evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategy.
- Led workplace investigations in the US, UK, and Singapore with no adverse legal actions. Partnered with local attorneys, documented procedures, and trained Global HRBP team.
- Identified development needs and suggested strategies for continual improvements. Worked closely with L&D to provide, recommend, and facilitate training; partnered with Senior Leaders to execute and adapt strategy as necessary.
- Trained People Managers on best practices for employee growth and productivity goals: management of low performers, retention of high performers, stay interview questions, skip level conversations, effective feedback.
- Facilitated team-building workshops, roundtable feedback and peer-learning development sessions: StrengthsFinder, DiSC, Effective Feedback Skills, Building Relationships and Trust workshops, Pulse survey roundtables, Global HRBP feedback analysis.
- Collaborated with HR COEs to develop and implement human resources systems and processes: FMLA, parental leave, reasonable accommodation, global travel, compensation & benefits philosophy, analytics dashboards, quarterly skill-building sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
