Pioneer Center Commitment to Excellence Award for promoting inclusion and high-quality services for individuals in our community and going above and beyond everyday duties and exhibited volunteerism and compassion.

Leadership

Mentoring new teachers through the Resident Educator program, as well as through the lead teacher pilot program. I have assisted new teachers in writing lesson plans and creating classroom schedules, as well as provided materials, ideas on how to adapt lessons, hands-on learning activities, checklists for goal tracking, and ideas for IEP goals. I have provided behavioral interventions by doing classroom observations and providing feedback to the classroom teacher, as well as assisted with classroom management by facilitating classroom meetings with staff members.
