    Georgia Association Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals spokesperson, 2012-2016, I collaborated with Georgia's legislatures to pass the Safe Food For Seniors Act given vulnerability to our elderly populations to protect the millions of seniors in nursing homes and long-term care facilities by fully implementing CMS regulations


    2020 - Implemented the Red Napkin Program by identifying residents with significant weight loss and dehydration reducing the facility's % below national and state average.
