Preformed guest services, by providing Cracker Barrel with a building and equipment that are ready for guests. Which included the cleaning of the Old Country Store. Sanitation of the kitchen, dining room, break rooms, and public and employee restrooms. Worked to provide a clean building, and a sanitized food preparation area to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. Required to work independently and be self motivated to complete all job responsibilities in a timely manner.

Moved up to the shipping office as a shipping clerk. Where my duties included, communicating with dispatch and shippers. Staging truck orders to be scanned, loaded and shipped on time. Corresponding with truck drivers, customers and carriers to ensure on time delivery of loads and shipments. Filling out paper work and filing in corresponding locations. Checking paper work for any discrepancies. Communicating with truck drivers to ensure proper rules are followed when backing into dock to pick up a shipment. Answering inbound calls and making calls as needed to follow up with shippers and customers. Assigning orders, and equipment to to employees on a daily basis.
