  • Oversaw the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), for all organizational departments resulting in consistency, efficiency and compliance by providing clear step-by-step instructions for employees.
  • Spearheaded multiple federal grant-writing initiatives which led to organization being awarded AARPA grant for $1 million dollars and HUD grant for $2.5 million dollars.
  • Identified and built relationships with local and national partners for the collaborative creation of new programs which led to multi-year funding.
  • Planned and executed fundraising activities such as annual fundraisers and donor giving campaigns resulting in exceeding fundraising goals, engaging past donors, laying foundation for new donors, and increasing volunteerism.
