    After 3 years I was promoted to Retention Specialist where I would convince customers not to close their credit card account by correcting a problem they were having, offering a lower interest rate, removing late fees, etc. I was a top performer in both areas and consistently made bonus every month.
    I left Citibank because I moved in with my boyfriend (now husband) and had an opportunity to not work.
