I have over 10 years call center experience. I really enjoy working at a call center helping people with a variety of issues. I am very dependable, on time.
I took calls from members needing roadside assistance. I pin pointed their location on the map and gathered the necessary information than forwarded that information to our dispatch team to get service out to our member as quickly as possible
At this call center I took calls from members who needed refills of the prescription medications, needed drug pricing, answered prescription coverage questions and calmed down upset clients who hadn't gotten their medications on time or needed them right away.
I took calls for Sprint cell phone customers. I answered customers questions about their cell phone bill, activated and swapped cell phones, trouble shoot cell phones, etc.
I am on time for my scheduled shift every day I can type 50 wpm accurately I'm good at multitasking-typing notes, talking to clients and looking up information I enjoy turning an angry client into a happy one :)
