  • Create a culture within the PRM team to recognize the importance of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business needs
  • Oversee and ensure accurate and timely completion of project requirements and allocation data in Resource Management System, resourcing trackers and TA system visibility and optimize the use of systems to support effective resource management
  • Operations Management liaison to support Business Development efforts for securing new business
  • Project Manage and lead Ramp-downs by developing strategic plans for resource allocation, utilization and resource visibility to stakeholders i.e TA, Business Development and Operations
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to support Program Ramp-ups through resource allocations
  • Liaise with Proposal Team, Business Development and Operations to ensure optimal resource planning for proposed projects, and identify the strongest team for proposals/bid defense
  • Generate and analyze reports that support historical and forecasted resourcing needs, costs and utilization
  • Generate presentations and analytics for Icon Leadership and quarterly business reviews
  • Identified opportunities for process improvement and implemented solutions to optimize resource management
