Accomplishments

  • Documented and resolved the issues that I was presented with on my first day. I was originaly hired as a waitress. The same day I was moved into management of the entire resturant. I had to create a chart for sidework and cleaning tasks, a schedule for the entire staff, the hiring and training of all the front of house staff. When hired, I was the sole employee to attend to the entire front of house, to go, hostess duites, all cleaning duties, clerical duties, food preparation, money management, and the person who finally was allowed to hire a couple more servers. For two months in an 18 table resturant, I as the sole waitress, manager, phone order taker, janitor, food prepper. I was on call 24 hours a day for 2 full months straight without any time off. My shift started at 9 am and I did not leave until 11 pm if I was lucky. I created all the training materials and files for the employee's identification information. I trained all other staff that I was allowed to hire. On my scheduled days off, when that day finally came, I was still called in to help on my only day off and was 45 minutes away. I have always been very devoted to my job whatever it may be. I am a hard worker and am proud of my work.

Plans the start of an apothecary business on my own.

Enchanted Earth Apothecary is more than a business, it’s a sacred extension of my spiritual path as a nature witch. Rooted in the belief that the Earth provides everything we need for balance, healing, and protection, I grow my own organic herbs with intention, working in harmony with the seasons, moon phases, and elemental energies. Each plant is nurtured with gratitude and harvested in alignment with its peak potency, ensuring every creation is imbued not only with medicinal benefits but also with spiritual energy.

My products, salves, tinctures, teas, oils, and balms, are crafted to address a wide range of ailments, with a special focus on natural pain relief. This focus reflects my commitment to offering people a safe, non-addictive alternative to narcotics, helping them find comfort and wellness without sacrificing their health or their spirit. Every remedy is prepared with both practical herbal knowledge and ritual magic, blending centuries-old plant medicine with spellcraft to amplify healing.

In my apothecary, each creation is more than a product, it’s a ritual in a jar. I weave blessings, protective sigils, and elemental correspondences into every batch. From grounding root salves infused with the stability of Earth to calming teas steeped in lunar energy, every blend is designed to work on both the physical and energetic levels.

The long-term vision for Enchanted Earth Apothecary is to be not only a source of natural remedies but also a place of learning and empowerment. I hope to offer workshops on herbal magic, sustainable growing, seasonal living, and witchcraft practices for healing, so others can deepen their connection to the land and discover their own power as caretakers of both body and spirit.

At its heart, my apothecary is a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern wellness, a place where plant medicine, magic, and sustainability come together to help people heal, grow, and reclaim their relationship with the Earth. 

This dream is so important to me because of my history of drug addiction. I was an active addict, addicted to opioids for at least 10 years. It started with my doctor giving me narcotics for over a year and then suddenly she stopped refilling them. I had no idea what I felt was withdrawals. She never warned me that this was a  possibility. I am five years clean now, and want to be able to create herbal, natural replacements for the dangerous, addictive drugs used in our world today.
