Duties include coordinating the permitting process with different Departments and Agencies. Communicating effectively with applicants, inspectors, other departments, agencies and the public. Inputting and retrieving data from permit tracking systems and generating reports as needed. Calculate fees, collect fees and bonds associated with the permitting and licensing process. Assisting with plan reviews, providing guidance on permit requirements, and ensuring compliance with codes and regulations. Responsible for administering the contractor licensing program for the Town of Jackson and Teton County.
Duties include processing payroll, and accounts payable accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of monthly customer statements, including service order approval, billing adjustments and downloading toll information. Responsible for balancing customer deposits, three month billing, inventory, and the monthly depreciation report. Accurately maintain customer information in LIDB, ordering and maintaining calling card information. Using the AS400 System to complete the above task.
