  • Recruiting -Use My info to see the application and set interviews up. -Onboarding -Set up onboarding time for candidates to come in and do their orientation. - Set up the next day computer learning for the new hire. -Communicate with management to set up a 5-day schedule for the new hire. -Reports -I analyze reports to get the correct needs for each store, use Power BI. -Planning Sessions -Set up planning sessions with Store leaders and management, to go over metrics and hiring needs. -Schedule -Set up my own schedule to serve my stores and their needs. -Communication -Emailing all communications between store leaders, management, and time attendance, my leader and person in HR. -Group me is another way we use communication. -Texting and Phone calls. -Teamwork -Helping my team with what they need and always helping other districts when that is needed. -Team meetings -Having weekly meetings with the team, so we can give each other feedback, get over any huddle we may have
