I was responsible for managing a small team, who in turn, helped keep the store customer ready and friendly. I not only helped resolve issues with customer relations, I also helped with any disputes between employees.
I also made sure all weekly and monthly store reports were sent in to our District Manager.
I stocked the shelves and handled merchandising for all store sections.
When needed, I also ran the register, assisting customers, face to face.
I answered all calls for the office, including emergency lines transferred from 911 for Autauga County. I transferred the calls to various departments requested by the caller. If the call was an emergent one, I created the call in our CAD system, while gathering needed details from the caller. I then dispatched the Deputy covering the area from which the emergency occurred. I had to look up information in NCIC, giving the Deputies DL information, and criminal information. I was also responsible for creating a word document each day that detailed each call and the outcome.
I answered all calls for the facility. I scheduled appointments, as well as pulled the Patient's chart. I was responsible for answering any questions, as well as creating a chart for the patient.
Once the patient had been seen the nurse would escort them back to my desk, where I closed their visit out, and collected any money owed. I also scheduled follow up appointments, if needed.
I have always worked in a customer service type setting, whether it be with a customer, patient, or caller I know Microsoft Word and many other computer applications I currently type 75 words per minute I have always been able to multitask in a very fast paced environment
