I worked in several areas of claims, when I moved in 2009 I was a Processor of paper claims for Caip. I had to set up claim from paper and call out for any info that may have been missing on the application for the claim. I learned alot and made mistakes. I learned how to be a team player early on and to take feedback as a positive and not a negative. I also had to learn to communicate effectively with customers and peers.
