Summary

Over the last 22 years of raising my own biological children as well as my adopted and foster children, I have seen the intense need for support, encouragement and resources. It can seem like you are out on an island, alone and drowning in self doubt. The truth is you are not alone and resources do exist.

You have to know where to look and who to connect with to find them. How and when to speak up and advocate for those you love.
