For the Composite Tooling Dept I would do all the routine rework on composite tooling and build new tools if needed, run cures and post cures in the oven. seal release and or repair damaged tools. scratches, dents, impact damage,etc also was made first Composite assembly Lead . I was one of the first to start the builds of the composite structures. the interstages, aft thermal shields, thrust structure, nosecones etc.

• Making composite tooling for joint strike fighter jet. also second shift lead when needed. for tooling project.
