I prepare and mail EOB's, Casualty and NO-Fault packets for NJ and NY. I run SIU searches on Insureds and Claimants and their properties involved in auto accidents with our insureds. I also research auto claims for information and double check for accuracy. I set up and or move computers for new hires.

• Maintained detailed records for each claim, ensuring accuracy and completeness for future reference and audit purposes.

• Determining liability and placing fault on insured or claimant during investigating the accident through speaking with the insured and the claimant and receiving all details and noting files.

Setting up appointment with body shop to have vehicles inspected and receive estimate and schedule shop to repair all damages cause by the accident.

Set-up insured or claimant in rental vehicle while their vehicle is being repaired.

Send out payment to shop or insureds or claimants.

This position was seasonal. The job entailed gardening for the entire city at specific locations. Job duties were landscaping, ex: digging, weeding, planting, loading and unloading, plants, tools and brush on designated trucks and watering all gardens.

Registered incoming patients in the ER. Collecting personal data and verifying health insurance information.

Answered incoming calls from Insureds and Claimants involved in auto accidents and ansering quesions in each claim without having to transfer over to accident adjuster. Utilized the present computer program to manuever through each claim and provide the most help to each caller.

Oversaw all facets of the transportation business.  Provided customer Service to indviduals in need of  transportation and answering all questions pertaining to fares and routes and availability of pick up days and  or times. Office manager providing medical billing through NYS Medicaid all accts recv and payable.. Responsible for the hiring and termination of employees in the office and also in the mechanical garage, Being aware of all NYS requirements and laws for all vehicles for the safety of the public.
