• Administrative duties such as faxing medical records, scanning medical documents, direct patients to exam rooms obtain vital signs document patients medications and allergies/history fully prepare patients for the physician. Help explain medical consent forms to patients, initiating telemedicine visits, making medical appointments, assisting medical provider in-office procedures. Sanitize and restock exam rooms, perform electrocardiograms to assess heart function and much much more.

Rooming patients obtaining vitals, remove sutures, remove staples. Triage incoming phone calls, drawing up injections. Cleaning the exam rooms and restocking medical supplies, inputting orders for testing and physical therapy. Transferred to Sparrow Main campus now called U of M Health Sparrow Cancer Center.

• Assist in minor surgeries, injections, scheduling patients for appointments, scheduling patients for surgeries, centrifuge, ordering medical supplies, calling in prescriptions, phlebotomy, bone density testing
• Scheduling a wide variety of testing procedures, ie CT, MRI, Ultrasound, etc
• Bladder scans, urine cultures, specimen collection
• Registration of labs x-rays, plus referrals
