I am a seasoned nursing professional who loves working with pediatric patients and their families I love my role as a Family Nurse Practitioner and feel like to date it is one of the best of my many nursing roles over the years Another favorite was opening and running ComForCare Senior Services, a home care agency My love for geriatrics and geriatric medicine became apparent as I worked with our geriatric population to improve their quality of life After eight years in the home care industry, I closed the agency and went back to acute care working 12 hour shifts fulltime while also completing my graduate studies to become a Family Nurse Practitioner and graduated on 05/20/22 I was awarded an NHSC Student to Service grant for which I recently completed my hours of service I have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with management and my collaborating physician I am a team player in maintaining company policies and procedures I am committed to a high work ethic and to attainment of management goals and objectives I am flexible able to quickly assimilate new skills and learning
