  • My current role is that of a didactic and clinical instructor as well as program coordinator for the hospital’s Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) program. This includes developing teaching material in compliance with NH Board of Nursing requirements for LNAs. As the program coordinator, I oversee and evaluate instructors in the program and ensure professional development is up to date. I also collaborate with managers and directors on hiring LNA students and continue to act as a resource to staff after completion of the program. As an instructor, I adapt teaching methods based on the needs of learners and assess clinical competencies of the students.
