I assisted customers in selecting projects and yarn appropriate for their projects. I taught beginner, intermediate and advanced level classes. I assisted with live demonstrations for the shop's monthly make program. During 2020-2021, I continued teaching via zoom. I provided customers with help fixing issues in their knitting.

I consult with customers to help them choose a project and I advise them with regards to choosing the best yarn for the project to ensure they achieve the results they desire. I teach intermediate and advanced level classes at the shop. I assist customers with troubleshooting issues such as dropped stitches, cables crossed in the wrong direction, garment fitting, etc.
