Oversee program function, staffing and care for residential program helping adults seeking help to gain freedom from addiction and life controlling issues.

Oversee programming for adolescent clients in residential recovery program. Maintain staffing, counseling, and education to meet a high standard of care.

Positions progressed from On Call Detention Specialist (2007-2009) to Juvenile Detention Specialist I and II (2009-2015), finishing at a Senior Detention Specialist (2015-2018). Supervised daily activities and behaviors of detained youth to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules. Facilitated conflict resolution among residents, promoting positive interactions and reducing incidents within the facility. Training and supervising staff and intake procedures.

Supervision of a case of matched volunteer mentors with their youth mentee. Screening and training of volunteers. Providing community training and resources for at-risk youth and families.
