Accomplishments

I have received awards for top sales, volunteering, citizenship awards. I graduated college at 42. But my greatest accomplishment, my family.

Every position that I have held. I always put 110% into my work. I have held awards for Highest sales for a key holder, supervisor, front end manager. My biggest award, was for raising money for Autism@ Toys R Us we were 1# in the company. Breast Cancer Awareness walks.

 My goal is to make the customer feel like they are getting the Best service and help possible. I have never, in my 30 years in retail. Had a customer complaint.  I listen to what the customer needs and could benefit from other products. In the departments/manager/supervisor portions. I do intense research on products, trends, and needs. This, allows me to help the customer completely. Customers only come back, when they feel heard and truly know they are getting the best service that meets their needs. Add on items can be very lucrative. That's my secret weapon if you will.
