  • Supervise teachers in the Science Department. Managed hiring and coaching of teachers.
  • Conducted regular walk-throughs of classrooms, observations, and goal setting.
  • Collaborated with teachers to develop and improve their Guaranteed Viable Curriculum (GVC) for courses such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Fisheries, Marine Biology, Botany, etc.
