Daily case management services for residents of varying ages and diagnoses with psychiatric and neurologocal impairments

Coordinate individual and group psychiatric services with other staff members on a daily basis

Supervise Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator staff within my department

Access provider services necessary for testing, evaluation, and support

Review and assist in the admission process for new residents

Weekly coordination of care with the Psychiatrist

Act as an assistant to the supervisor for the Adapt of Illinois Program

Coordinate monthly psychiatric medication management services with the Psychiatric provider

Supervise Qualified Mental Health Professionals within the Adapt program

Monthly attendance at managerial meetings with other supervisors for Adapt programs located at other facilities

Daily submission of clinical billing services under Medicaid Rule 132

Daily clinical documentation of individual and group services

• Provided one-on-one tutoring sessions for struggling students, leading to increased understanding and improved grades.
• Assisted the lead teacher in developing comprehensive lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and abilities.
• Contributed to the development of new curriculum materials, enhancing the quality of instruction within the department.
• Served as a mentor to new teaching assistants, providing guidance on effective strategies for classroom management and instruction.
• Partnered with teacher to plan and implement lessons following school's curriculum, goals, and objectives.
• Organized materials in classroom spaces based on lecture plans, activity stations or other requirements outlined by teachers.
• Collaborated with fellow teaching assistants to create a consistent and supportive learning environment for students.
