Kelly Murphy

When I first started at Coney, I worked in the retail shop by the pool. I was a cashier and I also helped keep the store stocked and running smoothly. I did that up until June 2022 when I switched to the event catering department. I worked alongside the group sales team to ensure the events were set up properly and on time. I've prepared food, handling the scheduling of the employees of the department for these events and setup, trained team members to do their jobs both correctly and efficiently, motivated the team to keep getting better, created an organizational system for the kitchen and for the layouts of the buffets for the events. I have also worked closely with clients to ensure they were satisfied with the event and that the food was of exceptional quality.
