PROJECTS

Robotic instruments inventory. When our department purchased the second Xi robot, I had a lead role in developing a new inventory list, This included robotic scopes, robotic arms and reusable trocars.

Pavillion building committee. A team working together for the operational efficiency in the new building.

Robotic operating rooms. I established the layout for two separate operating rooms. I created the work flow for nurses and surgical technicians. I organized the rooms and the equipment. I chose the disposables and organized the universal carts, robotic cart A and robotic cart B.
