• Working all adult inpatient Intensive care units, medical surgical, trauma, oncology, transplant units as well as pediatric intensive care. At multiple campus locations. Totaling 18 different inpatient units, primarily working between 8 different intensive care units
• Including latest of COVID-19 intensive care unit and administration of latest drug trials

Fulfilling the role of Swoop; a hospital wide expert nurse resource

• Independently assess and evaluating each unit as well as being on call to nursing staff
• Rounding each unit, assisting nursing staff with IV insertions, trouble shooting, patient evaluations, admission / discharge documentation, codes and any patients cares needed.
• Responsible for responding to and managing all Emergency Rapid Response calls throughout facility.

• Critically assessing patients’ individual needs primarily in ICU, Step Down, medical surgical units, Orthopedics, Oncology, Emergency Department (Lakeside and Midlands).
• Communicating with MD's and treatment team members implementing plans of care to enhance patient care and experience.
