There were different jobs I would do throughout the shift whether it was greeting customers, stocking shelves, doing inventory, or being cashier. Greeting customers I would greet them as they came into the shop, I would help with any questions and help them find their product they want. As a cashier I would check out their items, trying to engage conversation and inform them about the rewards app. Doing inventory and stocking shelves required no customer interaction and included receiving and organizing stock.

Being a driver at Kona Ice had many responsibilities including driving a 1 ton truck, stocking the truck, time management, flexible schedule, greeting customers, checking customers out, cleaning, and multi tasking.

Many events would cancel and get added. This means being flexible all hours of the day. Events would start at a certain time so the driver would have to stock their truck and drive to the destination. Time management is huge and learning how early to leave the warehouse for events took a lot of responsibility.
